Looking for roommate for condo

I’m looking for a roommate for my condo, it’s 1000 sq feet and located very close to UofT. Preferably a male student, as I am a man. $1350 per month starting in September. Amenities include in suite laundry, a shared study, bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub, and dishwasher. Everything, including internet, included. Lease would be 1 year long. Pls dm if interested.
