Looking for a female/NB housemate!

Come live with us! We need one more (preferably 23-ish yo female) housemate for the townhouse we currently live in starting mid-October. Here’s a bit about the house dynamic: We all work full-time jobs (mix of hybrid/in person), are definitely more of a friend house than a coexisting house, and even though we tend to be in bed by 9:30 on weekdays we’re always up to something fun on weekends. We all have different hobbies but all of us enjoy being outside (either for a park day, hike, or house walk), watching movies together, doing volo leagues, skiing, and overall just spending time together. We all value respect and acceptance, and we’re an lgbtq+ and dog friendly house! We’re looking for someone friendly, laid-back and relatively tidy, female/nonbinary, a strong communicator, and preferably 22-26. Excited about the possibility of living with you!
