I’m in my late 20’s and Ideally, I’m looking for someone close in age or a working professional who is clean, respectful, easygoing, and enjoys a peaceful home. The apartment is a small and cozy 1950s apartment with lots of original charm, including the original floors and tile. It has great natural light, lots of storage, and additional storage space for the unit. Great location! We’re just steps away from McKinley Park and the beautiful Rose Garden, perfect for walks, running, or relaxing outside. We’re also close to coffee shops, restaurants, stores, and other neighborhood spots. Rent: $850 + utilities
