Month-to-month rental in San Clemente. I’m offering the bedroom with balcony and a shared bathroom in a two bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse. I have a cat. If you have a cat it will have to stay in your room and you can keep the litter box on the balcony. I’m working from home, so you must have a job outside the house. No smoking or vaping. Full access to the kitchen, fridge, living room, outside backyard. Washer and dryer. It comes empty but I have a twin bed if needed.
Parking is in the guest area but requires a yearly fee.
