Total rent runs $1,215–$1,528/month depending on the exact unit, so your half would be about $608–$764/month (50/50 split), plus utilities split down the middle. Looking at a 12-month lease. Security deposit is one month rent, REFUNDABLE, or a $24 a month non refundable option. Also $50 application fee and $150 admin fee. About me: remote job, work a normal 9–5, clean (especially shared spaces), non-smoker, no pets of my own. Fine with guests/overnight guests as long as it's quiet after midnight.
