Hi there! My roommate Kate and I are looking for another roommate to join our existing 12-month lease for 9/1 move in date. We’re looking for clean and respectful roommates that would also like to be friends but are also okay with giving each other space when needed. It would be a year long lease for a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a spacious living room, full kitchen, small office, laundry room, and secondary/smaller living room. The laundry is coin operated but located right off of our bathroom and is private to just us. Free off street driveway parking with 2h0ur parking out front for guests. 2 minute walk from Wollaston Station in Quincy so it’s a very convenient location for commuters. Tons of restaurants and grocery stores located nearby. Ideally we are looking for a female roommate with a similar vibe, who is respectful, clean, a non-smoker, and just friendly in general.
