Private bedroom in a nice home located in the figarden loop area. The housing community is gated and quiet. The bathroom is would be shared with my current female roommate. Wifi and utilities are included with rent.
Current occupants: I am a hard-working professional. I work 2 jobs at local hospitals in Fresno. I'm home very little. I'm easy-going and respectful. I keep my house clean and organized. I'm hoping for the same. My current roommate is a Registered Nurse in her 20s. She works long hours and is out of town about half the time.
