8 month lease

Looking for someone to fulfill the 8 months that are left of my lease agreement. Have to move due to family emergency by the 1st of September. One of the largest apartment complexes in this vicinity. Within the gated community, 3 bed 2-1/2 bath w/detached garage. Large veranda. Pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, pickleball courts, dog park, pup spa. Beautiful quiet neighborhood.
