Room for rent in brand new house. All Bills paid. I have 1 dog, and if you have pets we can negotiate. My dog is hyper but so loveable. But they will need to meet my dog first. Pet deposit, but can be refundable. Month to month, but ideally looking for at least 6 month or 12 month stay. Must be a clean person, and want someone who can be social when we are both home. Not a hermit. All areas of the house are open for use. I dont want someone who stays in their room when they get home, but also ok with you taking time for yourself.
