I’m currently looking for a room/sharehouse starting around [入住时间，例如：late August / early September]. I’m a student at Unimelb, so ideally looking for a place in Carlton or Melbourne CBD (the closer to campus, the better!).
A quick bit about me:
✨ Super clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces.
✨ Non-smoker, non-drinker, and no parties.
✨ No pets (though I definitely don’t mind if you have friendly ones!).
✨ I value quiet, relaxed vibes at home, but always up for a warm chat or a shared tea/coffee.
What I’m looking for:
🛏️ A private room, ideally an Ensuite (master room with private bathroom).
❄️ Air conditioning in the room is a huge plus!
📍 Walking distance to Unimelb / Carlton / City.
