Charme lease takeover Looking for someone to take my spot in a 4x4 zeal plan at Charme on eagle I am at my last stand, I am a desperate 19 year old who is looking for someone to takeover my lease at charme on eagle. I signed a lease at charme a few months ago with some people I believed were my friends. Unfortunately we had a falling out and now we don’t speak to each other anymore, i was talked into signing this contract numerous times and I was gullible enough to listen, unfortunately it was too late to realize the fault of my mistake. I recently have lost my job, and I haven’t had any luck since. My mother is diabetic and recently she was sent to the hospital due to a serious seizure she had 2 days ago. Alongside that, I need to take care of my 6 year old brother who is autistic. I am the only caretaker who can take care of him and I need to take care of my mother as well. Unfortunately I would need to take a year off of college and I would need to move cities, but the leasing office told me I cannot leave until I find a suitable person to relet and take my lease. I’ve done all I can but they won’t budge until I find someone. They keep saying they’ll help me find someone but it’s gotten nowhere and I don’t know what else to do. I come and desperately ask anyone who can help me. I will help in any way I can but please, all I ask is help me find peace in all of this. Thank you.
