✨Hi everyone! Looking for an roommate to move in October/November I am looking for a roommate to take over the second bedroom in our apartment! My current roommate is moving out and I would really like to stay and resign the lease! The lease would start 01 November (12 month lease) but looking for someone to move in mid October for a prorated amount. We need to let the landlord know by September 1 or they will put the apartment up for rent. You will need to apply and be accepted before! About the apartment:
- 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom in Lakeview East (Broadway and Barry)
- AMAZING location with tons of shops, restaurants and groceries all in a quick walk
- Great transportation options 36, 22 and 8 busses all 5 minute walk or less and 10 minute walk to Belmont Station (Red/Purple/Brown lines)
- On laundry - Very spacious apartment and bedroom
- Some utilities are included except gas and electric are separate - $1420 is your half of the rent (includes wifi, maintenance and water) About Me:
-I am 26 and work as a group therapist! I do WFH in my room during the day. -I love to go out and also love my quiet nights in. Often I love to watch reality TV, play video games, read, and hanging out with friends.
-I am friendly, try to be fairly clean, and value open communication! -I have a sweet cat named Orion! He loves to play and cuddle! Pictures included of bedroom and common areas.
