Hi, my name is Catherine. I am a 24-year old who attends Belmont University (exp. grad. Spring 27). I am looking for a roommate for a 3-bedroom condo on West End Avenue. The monthly rent is $1500 and the room is available on August 12. The photos are from the previous owner! I am planning to make the living space 70s inspired, think colorful, minimalist, mid-century modern. It is a 3 bedroom, the third bedroom will be a mixed used studio (music and art) that you can use! The office space in the photos will be your bedroom, and the bathroom is the guest bathroom/yours! The patio is off the living room and faces the pool. Laundry is across the hall from the unit, washer and dryer. My parents own the unit and we will both be renting from them! There are guaranteed parking spots for both of us as well!
