Backyard (not fenced in) Plenty of "extra" space (large living room and dining room) and storage available in the basement. Kids room is an old picture - no kids living there now:) Off street and on street parking available. I'm a 37 year old professional who likes a clean apartment and friendly atmosphere, but I often keep to myself. Landlord is approachable and responsive. Pets are allowed. (And I love animals!)
