Prefer single female... VERY large, 4 bed, 2 full bath home with large yard. Choice of small bedrooms or 2 room area with closet with separate entrance. Shared kitchen, main bathroom, and 3 living areas. Large Golden Retriever on premesis and would prefer no additional pets. 2-3 parking spaces, off street. No parties, smoking indoors, or drugs. Month to month commitment required, longer options available. $700 deposit and $700 a month prefer text:)
