The middle level is the kitchen and living roo Shared other space, including kitchen with 4 roommates. The washer and dryer on the top floor are used by 3 male roommates that live on that level. This is in Haven Dell Townhomes and includes amenities such as general use of the exercise room, pickle ball courts, pool, and hot tub. No smoking, drugs, or drinking allowed in or on outside premises. Rent is $650 per month with a 1-year contract plus a deposit of $400, all utilities included. Note that every room has Cat6 wired internet connection but WIFI can also be used. References are required.
