Looking for a short term stay!

Hi! My name is Aster, and I’m from Hong Kong. I’m currently on a Working Holiday and looking for a short-term place to stay from the end of August until early October. Preferred areas: CBD, Richmond, South Yarra, Southbank, Docklands, North Melbourne and Moonee Ponds. I’m hoping to find a private room, shared house, ideally in a place with a kitchen, washing machine, and hot water. Also, I would prefer female housemates if possible. My budget is around $320 per week including bills. Please let me know if you have anything available! Thanks!
