House is located right off the 10 and 605 freeway. 10 mins away from the West Covina mall and 5 mins away from a Target, Walmart and other shopping places. The whole house is furnished with appliances, if you want your room furnished let me know, I can make that happen. You’ll have access to a washer and dryer on. If gaming is your thing, we have fiber optic internet. There’s a backyard with a nice patio area to chill and relax. Utilities included.
