1st floor duplex room & bathroom

This is a duplex apartment on East 33rd in downtown Savannah. I’m moving in from out of state on August 7th and am willing to find a roommate almost immediately (most of my stuff won’t arrive until later though). I have a cat and am open to other cat owners. This apartment has rear off-street parking. Questions welcome! Will update with new photos later
