Hi, my name is Addie and I’m renting out one of the bedrooms in my three bedroom townhouse. It is fully furnished and the room comes with a queen size bed, and a small desk. The bathroom has a door to the room and a door to the outside hallway. There is also a tenant in one of the upstairs bedrooms already. There is open parking in a parking lot outside and an HOA.
