Room for Rent – Quiet Home in Santa Rosa Beach Looking for one responsible, clean, and respectful roommate to rent a private bedroom in my home in Santa Rosa Beach that works days. The room is a smaller, furnished bedroom with twin bed that is perfect for someone who values a peaceful place to come home to. You'll have access to cook in the kitchen, use the onsite laundry room, have a pantry, shared bathroom with a closet for you to use in it and high speed fiber WiFi. The home is kept clean, smoke free, and has a calm atmosphere. I'm seeking someone who is employed, financially responsible, considerate of others, and willing to help keep the common areas neat and your areas. This is an ideal fit for a working professional who appreciates a quiet environment rather than a party house. Home is in a neighborhood where a lot of people walk, we have access to a community pool (to 9pm) and community gym (24 hrs). My kids live with me (18 & 19) but going off to college next month and then, they may visit weekly. We have two sweet cats and a sweet solid white Samoyed dog there is there part-time. Monthly Rent: $850.00
Security Deposit: $500.00 No smoking inside the home. References, proof of income, and a background check may be requested. One person only. No pets.
