2 bed 2 bath basement unit, 2300 sqft. September move-in preferred. Private bedroom and semi-private bathroom. 3 minute walk from Oakwood Station, 10 minute walk to Cedarvale Station. NoFrills, Dollarama, Shoppers, and a bunch of restaurants right in the area. I am fairly quiet and work evenings. I do like to cook. The TV in the ad will remain out in the living room for everyone to use. I like to keep things decently clean at all times, but lived-in is absolutely normal.
