We're looking for a third roommate to join our home in the Smoketree Henderson community in La Mesa. The available room is the master bedroom with a private bathroom and dedicated garage parking space. Utilities: Gas, electric, and Wi-Fi shared among roommates The condo is a 3 bed / 2.5 bath, 1,470 sq. ft., with a back patio, HOA facilities, and easy access to I-8, Hwy 125, and Amaya Trolley Station (Green/Orange Line). The current household consists of two working professionals (Late 20s, early 30s) in office roles around San Diego. We work a hybrid schedule, with some remote work during the week. The home is generally quiet and relaxed, but we enjoy occasionally hosting friends for dinner or board games. We value keeping shared spaces clean, hospitable, and respectful.
