Looking for a roommate

I live alone but I am looking for a cool roommate that’s clean and responsible. Who isn’t opposed to me having friends over for kickbacks. You will have your own room and closet a shared bathroom/living room and kitchen. I currently don’t have a washer and dryer so a laundromat will have to be used for a while until I get a set.
