Spring Sublease Needed! Naragansett

Off-Campus Housing for Spring 2027 Looking for someone to sublease in spring 2027 (starting early-mid January). House is about halfway between campus and the beaches and is very close to the Bonnet. Rent is only $800 a month + gas and electricity. 4 bedrooms 2 bath and washing/drying is also included. I’ve been living here for two years now and the house/landlord are awesome. This is unfortunately the only picture I can find of the house, but it has had major upgrades and is very nice, especially for the price!
