BEDROOM FOR SUBLET IN 2 BR RAILROAD STYLE APT IN EAST HARLEM. PREFER A FEMALE ROOMMATE Rent is $1200 including shared con ed & WiFi expenses. 1st month and security is expected upon move in. Which would total 2400. I also need proof of income, at least 2 paystubs and proof of employment. Apt is close to Costco, Aldi, Planet Fitness, multiple laundromats, M15 bus located on 2nd avenue one block walk, m116 bus located two blocks away, Q train located at 96 street accessible by transfer using m15 bus, 6 train located at 116th street 6 blocks away. Roughly a 10 - 15 min ride into midtown. I am a masc les🌈, in my mid 30s, gone a lot of the time at work. Would prefer a more quieter roomie as the building itself is quiet. I don’t mind sharing communal spaces or partners over just not too much noise or traffic in the space. No pets please There is an option to sublet until July 2028 ideally with option to renew to include your name if qualifying with income/credit and things workout between us. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a walk up building. There unfortunately are not any elevators, and the building is not ada compliant. The building itself is accessible by stairs only, and there are 12 steps per floor.
