Hi!! My roommate is moving out in August, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room in my apartment in Goose Hollow (right next to the Multnomah Athletic Club). Move-in date is flexible! About the apartment:
✨ Rent: $1,200/month + utilities (utilities + WiFi are usually ~$60–100/month per person)
✨ Private bedroom with en-suite bathroom
✨ Room will likely be fully furnished (bed frame, bedside table, closet, mattress), but you’re welcome to clear it out if you want to bring your own furniture!
✨ Fully furnished shared spaces
✨ Dishwasher + AC/heating
✨ Free shared laundry on the same floor
✨ Balcony
✨ Rooftop pool, saunas, and common room (elevator access to all floors in building)
✨ Pet-friendly building
✨ Great location right next to the MAX and bus lines. Easy access to downtown, NW Portland, Washington Park (literally right up the hill) and more. Fred Meyer is a 6-min walk away, and Trader Joe’s is a 10-min walk away!!!
✨ Quiet, beautiful, tree-lined neighborhood. The apartment gets gorgeous light and all tree views
✨ Street parking available (Zone A permit is around $100/year) A couple things to note:
🐈⬛ I do cat-sitting on the side, so cats are sometimes part of the household! I only take one cat at a time and am very mindful about shared spaces. I’m also considering adopting a cat in the future!! If you have your own kitty or have questions about how the cat-sitting would work, I’d be happy to discuss what would work best for both of us:))
🍃420 friendly (I 🩷 edibles) but I’d prefer no smoking/vaping indoors just to keep the smoke smells out of the apartment ❤ Roommate-wise, I’m ideally looking for someone in their mid-to-late twenties who’s looking for a cozy, peaceful space:)) Since it’s a shared 2-bedroom apartment, I’m looking for one roommate rather than a couple. A little about me: I’m 25 🌈 and finished my master’s in English (medieval literature) last year. I currently work in childcare/youth programs and pet-sit on the side.
