We are looking for one roommmate after an emergency lease vacancy by 1/5 (we are 4M) of the people slated to live here for Aug26-Aug2027. Total rent is $4000 a month or $800 per person. Utilities on average around $35-40 a month. Trash $50 every 3 months. WiFi $16 a month. Washer dryer included and 3 bathrooms all with showers. Fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher and appliances and cookware already included. Several tvs and furniture such as couch and food/pantry rack already in the house. We are extremely permeable to potential roommate needs and lifestyles, and are all students at UO. We are close to campus and Amazon Park in the beautiful University Park neighborhood. We have bedrooms, a spacious yard and wrap around porch. AC also included upstairs. We can help you move in ASAP if needed.
