Looking for room to rent

36 yr old female. Looking for room to rent 6 months- a year due to a break up. I'm trying to stay close to my job. I work evenings/nights. I sleep during the day. when I get home I shower and read a book until I fall asleep. No pets, but pet friendly. Two adult children who live elsewhere. No overnight guests. Occasionally drink. Don't smoke cigarettes, but do vape. 420 friendly but would do it away from property if needed. Clean, quiet, and responsible.
