Looking for female roommatees

Single room for rent, space looks a little different now, shared living room/kitchen/washer/dryer. I do have two cats, so I would prefer no other pets and someone who is okay with cats. They are both very nice and social. I am mostly at work or out with friends. I do have guests over sometimes so I am hoping to find someone I can also be friends with. Driveway parking as well. You do also need to be approved by my community, which does require a $25 fee and your drivers license/ID
