It would be me and my husband, we both have jobs. Quite respectful and very clean, we just moved here from NH and just trying to find a room to rent while we work and gather pay stubs to be able to get our own place. Currently staying with husbands friend we rent a room in basement but looking for a better fit and more stable place. This would be for short term
