1300 Bridge Ave, Knoxville, TN 37916, United States Hi guys! looking for one roommate (female) for the 2026-27 school year (starting in August)! I’m a current senior majoring in architecture! My current roommates are moving out and I would need an answer ASAP if interested. in a bit of a time crunch, so I am looking for someone who would be willing sign an application by the middle of the week and sign a lease by the end of this week! The property is a three bedroom, three bathroom apartment in the fort. Super close to campus (about a 15 minute walk). Dishwasher is included and laundry facility is nearby! Rent is about 775 per person plus utilities, trash, and sewage, and parking if necessary! Let me know if you are interested!
