It is a 1 bedroom with kitchen, bath, washer and dryer either in our apartment or the unit. Internet included and utilities including water, trash, electric would be around d $300 ($150 split). The total rent is around $1,335-$1,775 (around $670-$880 hoping for lower end). Id like to find a TEMPORARY roommate for about 4-6 months ending around November/February. not picky so we can either share the room or I can stay in the living room:) parking is free but if you would like a designated space it is $25 a month for parking pass. Smoking is not allowed in the building but is permitted 25 feet from the building. Pets require a $300 down payment and $35 monthly fee. There is a $50 application fee and $200 holding fee. Depending on credit scores our downpayment could be as little as $150- one months rent. My credit is pretty good too so fingers crossed we get the low end. I'm so open to personalizing the space to make it our own even with the small amount of time we have. I have paperwork and photos of the place videos as well. I took a tour and got good vibes:) the place is clean and has a tennis court pool park for kids and dog park. Nice area too. Please let me know if you are interested!
