Hi! I'm Ryoto from Japan. I'll arrive in Toronto on August 5 and I'm looking for a private room in North York or along Line 1 from around August 10 for about 11 months. I'm clean, respectful, quiet, and easy to get along with. I always follow house rules and don't smoke. My budget is around CAD 1,100–1,300/month. I'd be happy to arrange a viewing after I arrive.
