Hi, I’m an empty nester! This apartment is 2nd floor, near mountain trail access and not too far from UM and downtown. The property management will require you to apply. The rent includes the garbage and insurance fees, which you’ll pay directly to the property mgmt ($605). Your half of the utilities (internet, electricity, washer/dryer, and composting) is $85, paid to me. It's just me and my cat, and my son when he’s home from college. I’m a mental health therapist.
