Seeking harmonious Burner home.

Current lease switches to month-to-month on 8/12/26. I have 2 shy cats, brothers, 7 yrs old. Their presence in my life is non-negotiable. I mainly work from home in IT 95% of the time in a very professional career path. I am seeking a suburbia type shared home with safe streets calm housemates, and ideally an extra den or garage space to also rent as my home office/art shop. My wild years are mostly behind me and I am simply pursuing platonic co-living as a means to save $ for my eventual house down payment. I have lived with others many times and have several references. I request that you have similar calm vibes and intentions. I'd ideally like to live in either far South King County or far North King County, but am pretty much open to anywhere if the vibe is right. I will keep that mo-mo fee until I find the right situation/spot (or simply rent the right spot myself and find the right people to fill it).
