I have a room available for rent starting Aug 1st in a cozy 4-bedroom house located in San Jose, just minutes from downtown. The house is conveniently situated only 8 minutes away from San Jose State University (SJSU). Room Details:
- Private room -Bathroom shared with one female
- Rent the room furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference
- All bills are included in the rent
- Shared living spaces with 4 responsible, clean, and working adults
- Two friendly and well-behaved cats live in the house The ideal tenant should be:
- Clean, organized, and responsible
- Respectful of shared living spaces and housemates
- Comfortable living with cats -No smoking/no parties/overnight guests max 3 times per month/ no pets as we already have 2 cats Deposit:
- A deposit of $1000 is required to secure the room
