1 bedroom and private bath. Washer/dryer in-unit, not including splitting electric bill and internet. I have 1 dog- a 5lb chihuahua. Preferably no other pets. There is ample parking in front of the building, as well as a garage that you are welcome to use for storage or parking as I don’t use it. The apartment itself is awesome- pool, fully equipped gym, and really nice clubhouse with BBQs, pool table, ping pong, etc.
