Only one other person lives in the home, so it’s a peaceful living environment and not a crowded roommate house. You’ll have access to the kitchen, living room, laundry room, and shared areas of the home. The home is dog friendly, and I have 1 friendly dog. Rent is $900/month plus shared utilities.
