Hi there! My wife and I have a large bedroom for rent in our two story 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, home in the River park area. The bedroom is located on the second floor of our home. It is partially furnished, queen bed, dresser, TV, night stand. Wifi included. It can stay in room for you to use or we can remove it if you don't need it. Shared bathrooms. Property also has swimming pool, hot tub, outdoor deck with bar area, firepit area, and sports bar in basement. Laundry is also located in basement. All utilities included, with room, $450 per month. You can enjoy the big backyard, outdoor deck/bar, and pool. Our home is one of the biggest properties in the river park area as we own a double lot. Drop a message if you're interested. We are a professional married couple in our 40's & 50's. We have a 8 year old daughter that is the sweetest little girl. We also have our son renting a room from us for the time being. He's 24. We also have 3 cats that are great furry friends. We work and have school during the week and cut loose a bit on weekends. We like good energy, no drama, and good laughs. 420 friendly and responsible drinking fine. Absolutely no drugs!!! We are smokers but smoke outside, down in the basement (sports bar area) and occasionally in our bedroom. We keep a pretty clean home so cleanliness is appreciated. Convenient location to schools, restaurants, bars, mishawaka/South bend. River walk is conveniently less than a block away to bike or walk to all the parks or for a stroll along the river.
