Private room & bathroom available immediately in a nice duplex, well located (close to White Ave & Central). Includes Kitchen and Inside Laundry privileges. Also, utilities with Internet, Water, Electricity, & Netflix are an additional $250 per month, for a total flat fee of $1,000 per month. I have 2 small (10lbs) dogs that do not shed or smell. I am a very clean, neat person and very easy to get along with. I am expecting the same from my roommate. $500 security deposit required.
