I’m hoping to find a roommate within the next 2 weeks to fill my current roommate’s bedroom & bathroom. Our move out date is August 10th if I can’t find a new roommate to resign with. It’s a spacious 2 bed 2 bathroom apartment on the south side of Fort Collins very close to harmony, with south facing windows so it has a lot of natural lighting. Your portion Rent is roughly $1050 Utilities/ electric is paid separately which on average is from $50-75 a month. My roommate currently has a cat but he will be moving out with her.
