Nice studio room in a quiet house

Hello!! I have a private studio/room with a private bathroom / laundry and kitchenette to rent out in the house. The studio/room also has an individual exit / door that is separated from the main house. It is nice and clean, and it is located in a quiet and safe area. It is close to shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and CSN (Charleston Campus). Also, it is not too far from the strip, downtown Fremont, downtown Summerlin, and Chinatown. Monthly rent is including utilities, trash, and wi-fi. Security deposit is required. I will run background check, and I will need a proof of income (paystubs). I am trying to run a good house. In general, I give you as much freedom as you like, as long as it does not affect the others in the house. Just be respectful and friendly to the other people in the house, so they will do the same for you. Also, Be clean!! If you are looking for a good home to live in, drop me a message.
