Hi! I’m looking for a clean, quiet studio or one-bedroom apartment on Long Island, preferably near Port Jefferson Station, Stony Brook, Setauket, Centereach, or surrounding areas. My budget is around $1,300/month. I’m a full-time student and also work, so I’m usually busy. I’m clean, quiet, responsible, and always pay my rent on time. I have one friendly, well-behaved indoor ragdoll cat named Collin, so I’m looking for a pet-friendly home. I’m hoping to move in by early September, but I can be flexible if needed.
