We’re looking for a roommate to share a house with 2 other guys. We’re looking for someone who is respectful, easy to get along with, and follows general house rules. You should have a steady source of income, pay rent and bills on time, and help keep the common areas clean.
Rent: $1,000/month
Deposit: $1,000
Utilities: Approximately $130/month (split between roommates)
Parking: Street parking available
