Hi everyone! I’m looking for a roommate to lease a private bedroom and bathroom in a 2x2 apartment in Oviedo, just 10 minutes from UCF.
About the apartment:

• Walk-in closet

• Fully furnished living room (bedroom is unfurnished)

About me:
I’m a 21-year-old accounting student at UCF. You’ll be living with me and my small dog, Oreo 🐶 He’s a hypoallergenic Shih Tzu who’s very friendly and low-maintenance.
Rent:
• $1,300/month (utilities included)
• Available for move-in anytime between July 21 and August
I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, responsible, and easygoing.
This is a great fit for a student or young professional because of its close proximity to UCF.
