One room & work from home

I'm looking for a room (& a little more). I need a big room or a room & some extra space since I work from home (7:00-4:00). I can work with furnished, partly furnished or unfurnished. I also have a recliner.
I get up around 5:30/6:00 & go to bed by 10:00 although I may read until 12:00
Ideally it would be around Belcher & SR-60/Gulf to Bay but anything within a couple of miles of there or south to Eastbay would work fine.
I have a busy but fairly stable schedule
