Master with Private Bath for Rent

Hello, I’m Kyle and I’m renting out the master bedroom in my 3-bedroom apartment. I have a 9-yr-old son who I have 50% of the time that has the third bedroom. I’m 42 and work as a college professor. Common areas are available for use (kitchen, living, dining, patio/storage, laundry). Utilities included. Resort-style pool, hot tub, clubhouse, dog park, putting green, fire pit, and grills available. This app won’t let me upload a pic of the bathroom for some odd reason.
