🚨 Thank you for your interest. I am seeking a 1-year lease.🚨 (It can be renewed annually) Available on Saturday, August 1st. Rent is $1,500. Room is fully furnished, includes all utilities, cable, internet, gated community with a guard 24-7.
The 1st month will be required prior to move in. I am a middle school teacher. I just got back from a 1-month vacation where I was out of the country. If you messaged me, I apologize for not responding. The master bedroom will not be available until Saturday, August 1st. The previous occupant passed away. I am in the process of getting the room cleaned out, and purchasing a brand new bed. ➡️ Photos of room will be available on Friday, July 17th.➡️
🚨I am only looking to lease room to 1 nonsmoker or smoke outside - not couples.🚨 Under 18 are not allowed in the community.🙏🏻
