Room for Rent – Sharpsburg, PA – $650/month (Utilities Included) Available mid-July through early August move-in. We are looking for a responsible roommate to rent a large private attic suite in our apartment in Sharpsburg. The space includes two separate rooms and offers a lot of privacy compared to a typical bedroom rental.
Rent
* $650/month
* All utilities included
* Rent due on the 1st of each month
* First month's rent required before move-in * If moving in mid-July, first payment would be prorated to approximately $325
* Background check required
The Space
The attic area includes:
* Two private rooms
* Three electric baseboard heaters for winter
* Plenty of natural light
* Lots of privacy from the rest of the apartment
Please note: The space will be empty when you move in, I recommend getting an air conditioner put in.
About Us
My name is Hunter (21) and I live here with my roommate Nina (26).
We are both LGBTQ+ and are looking for someone who is accepting and respectful. LGBTQ+ roommates are very welcome.
Nina has two cats, Merlin and Lana, who stay primarily in her room.
We both work a lot of afternoon and evening shifts, so the apartment is generally pretty quiet.
What We're Looking For
We'd love to find someone who:
* Pays rent on time
* Cleans up after themselves
* Is respectful of shared spaces
* Is mindful that we only have one bathroom
* Is friendly and easy to live with
We're happy to become friends with a roommate, but we're also perfectly fine just peacefully coexisting and respecting each other's space.
Lease Information
The current lease runs through March 31, 2027, so this would be a rental through the end of the lease term.
